All Nomads.com memberships come with a 7-day money back guarantee, no questions asked.

Nomads.com is self service, so you do not need to contact anyone to get your refund:

1. Go to Settings → Privacy tab

2. Click Delete my account and confirm by typing your username

3. If your last payment was within the last 7 days, it is automatically refunded in full when your account is deleted

⚠️ Note that deleting your account is permanent: your profile, trips and community access are removed and cannot be recovered.

After the refund is issued, please allow up to 3 business days for your card issuer to process the credit and for the funds to appear in your account.
