Why are lips always open?

Almost every single photo that I create, the model always has her mouth slightly opened. I would like the photos to copycat more similarly to the original. If the original photo does not have the models mouth opened and the teeth exposed, the resulting photos should not either. I also tried to put a negative prompts like teeth. I also included in the prompt description that the mouth should be closed. However, that does not work
