White blank screen

Nothing out of the ordinary happened, but all of a sudden after I download a video, instead of going back to the main screen, the app goes to a white blank screen with no option. I have to close the app and reopen it.

I am curious if anyone has had this problem. I want to log out, delete the app and start over.

If I delete the app, do my images and videos remain in my account?
