when do monthly credits issue.

hi, i left a post already that immediately got closed without any response. i subscribed to a yearly plan last month and have not gotten my monthly credits issued yet even though they were supposed to be issued yesterday. i’m seeing other posts talking about this issue. please let me know what the standard is for credit resets on a monthly basis with the yearly plan, i’m concerned that there isn’t a prompt monthly re-issue for credits. thank you.
