When did videos get worse?

There was a month or so where videos went up to 15 seconds, quality and resemblance went way up, the prompt recognition was excellent, and the audio/speaking was great. The credit cost also went up around this time, but you could see why. Now videos are back to 10 seconds, resemblance is almost non-existent after a few seconds, the audio and voices sound very fake, there are artifacts and glitches everywhere, and overall the whole end product just looks pretty cheap and crappy. Did PhotoAI switch to a cheaper service or is there another explanation for the downgrade? The price is still an expensive 30 credits, and every time I try a video and it comes out looking terrible that feels like a total waste.
