Voting for scores

Great Site! On the Scores tab of a city, I see several scores that presumably arise from member votes, e.g. Liked by members, Fun, and Nightlife. But I don't see where I can add my vote for these items. I'd appreciate if you tell me how, or let me know how you determined these scores (please email iddonomad@gmail.com). Thanks.
