video with German voiceover

Hello, I would like to create a talking video with German voiceover from an uploaded image. When I open the already generated video and then select “Talking Video”, I am able to enter a German script and choose a German voice. However, when I try to start the generation, I always get the following message: “Already processing Talking Video chunks. Please wait…” After that, nothing happens. No talking video is generated in the background, and no new video appears in my gallery, even after waiting for a long time. The same message keeps appearing every time I try again. If I create a normal video directly from the image instead, the video generation works, but the speech is always in English. Since I specifically need German-language videos, it is essential for me to be able to select a German voice and use the Talking Video feature. Could you please check why the Talking Video generation does not start on my account and why I keep receiving this error message? Thank you very much!
