Hi,
I signed up yesterday for a one-year Pro account and completed the payment of $350. However, I never received any activation link or confirmation email.
When I checked the Stripe Customer Portal, I can see that the new subscription is active, but I still haven’t been able to access the service. When I try to log in via the main page, it only shows an older subscription I had a year ago and prompts me to renew that instead.
At this point, I’ve paid for the Pro service but can’t use it at all. Could you please look into this as soon as possible and help activate my account?
