URGENT Issues _Assistance Required with Photo Credits on My Account

This might be a bug generating these issues

I am writing to express my concern regarding the credits on my account. I am on the [insert your plan name] plan, and I believe I have only taken around 300 photos max so far since July 2025: paid for July $ 49, August $ 49; September $ 49. However, my account indicates that I have no remaining credits! Tha I need to upgrade my plan. When I am supposed to have 1000 per month plus all the free pics. I mentioned before, I only took maybe in total in the 2 months 300 pictures total.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue ? I would appreciate a quick solution as I rely on these credits for my projects.
