Unjustified Charges – Immediate Refund Required

Hello,

I am writing to address multiple unauthorized charges on my accounts following my PhotoAI subscription.

Charge Details:

December 9 – BNP Account (proof attached):

• €19.44

• €19.44

(These charges are completely unjustified as the payments initially failed, yet were still processed.)

December 10 – Crédit Mutuel Account:

• €18.32

• €54.93

The Issue:

I have been charged a total of €112.13, whereas the correct amount for the Premium subscription is $99 (approximately €91).

The additional charges are unacceptable and must be rectified immediately.

What I Expect:

1. A full refund of the excess charges: €112.13 - €91 = €21.13.

2. Confirmation that my subscription is canceled and no further payments will be taken from my accounts.

It is extremely concerning to see payments processed incorrectly, and I expect this issue to be resolved without delay. If not, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

Please confirm receipt of this email and the immediate resolution of my request.
