Unhappy customer

I cancelled my subscription 5 minutes after signing up. I uploaded one photo of empty open shelving in a newly constructed house. I simply wanted ideas to fill the space. Instead, I received a total remodel of the area - different colors, different materials, different shelving…. I did not see anywhere that I could provide feedback to say that is not what I was looking for at all. So I cancelled my subscription. Now I am being charged the full $199 and am being refused a refund. This is terrible customer service. I should not be charged when there was no service provided.
