Unable to Upload Profile Picture

I am trying to upload a profile picture. I have tried multiple photos with various clothing, and settings, I have also tried png, and jpg file types.

Upon the Uploading completing I am always presented with the error “Oops, something went wrong on the server. Can you try another photo?”

I am using Safari Browser.
