Unable to Request Money Back

Hey guys, I’m using the dropdown for moneyback but it’s incorrectly saying I’m ineligible. I was charged today and haven’t used the website for a few months. However the dropdown claims I’ve generated models/used the site when I’ve been out of the country for a few months and have not used it at all. Can you undo the payments for the past 3 months?
