Unable to request a refund

Hi, I signed up for a nomads.com paid account in error last night. I looked through your FAQ and all the settings/account profile but saw no reference or clear UI to request a refund. Please can you process a refund for me. To be honest I’m even at a loss as to how a payment was taken. No where did I even submit a CVV CC security code. Thanks.
