Unable to Log In - Signup/resend activation email loop

I had signed up and paid for yearly access but cannot log in to the site. It keeps sending signup activation emails, which i follow and it takes me just to the customer portal. The portal says my subscription is active but I cant get access anywhere else. If i try log in again it just sends another signup email.

This has been going on for a couple of months and i was hoping the problem would be fixed by now. Please help.
