Unable to cancel and can't download photos

Hi I was blocked and it won’t let me go through cancel flow, it gets to the last step and then it redirects to blocked page. So I’m blocked but no way to cancel and I can’t download my latest photos. I’d like to be able to download my photos that were created and then cancel my account since there is no need to keep paying if I’m blocked.
