ugh, the filigrane!

I use photoai regularly, and I make a lot of templates. Until, when I created them, they started coming out with a horrible watermark, made up of vertical or horizontal lines that ruin the photos. Is there a solution? Otherwise, in case it's just a bug, is it possible to have the two templates back so that they are not wasted and I can try to make them again, without the risk of running out of template slots?
