Training for Therapy Settings / Seminars

I wanna generate pictures of ficticious people practicing therapy, specifically body therapy/massage etc. I have a huge dataset with top notch photos of one on one session and seminar settings of those and wanna use generate AI to anonymize the clients/generate new scenes. Which training mode do i use? Two people? Other?

also is it possible to train image styles with the given UI?
