Too many grayscale images

Unless I am missing something in the settings to fix this, the majority of images for many models are coming out grayscale. Out of 10 images for one model perhaps 8 of the results are grayscale. Maybe 2 color. I would greatly prefer the ratio reversed. 8 color and 2 grayscale. For that matter: ALL COLOR.

Perhaps offer a setting to specify color or grayscale images? For that matter, sepia-toned images or other tonal effects on demand?
