Tons of credits are gone after subscription renewal

I had bought a yearly subscription of PhotoAI one year ago. I cancelled the renewal because I did not know yet if I wanted it to renew for another year. Now the cancellation date came up and I decided to resubscribe, into a cheaper plan. That was around a week ago or so. Now I am in the cheaper plan but all the credits except for 50 credits were gone. I sincerely hope you will restore the credits I paid for for the yearly subscription, and still had in my account before I re-subscribed. Otherwise this would be really unfair, feeling like a punishment for my loyalty. Thanks for your help.
