I’ve been using PhotoAI for years, generating both good and bad photos. Right now, there are other free and easy options available, but I decided to stay loyal to PhotoAI. I paused my renewal for less than a month, and in August, I faithfully renewed my subscription. However, I had access issues, tried to contact you, and received no response—so I had to report the payment to my bank.

Apparently, you didn’t like that, and my account was suspended for alleged NSFW violations and other reasons. Are you sure about NSFW? My prompts always required clothing, yet your system repeatedly generated a shirtless man. And a shirtless man is NSFW? You know it’s not.

I’m reaching out one last time to try to contact you and regain access so I can make the payment again. I hope to receive a response and assistance. Thank you.
