Support, please get in touch about my refund?

I purchased the lifetime subscription but I'd like a refund (permitted within 7 days per the policy stated at checkout). Reason is I'm unable to use most of the features due to a) the telegram bug and b) the AI image police continually incorrectly rejecting images.
