Stuck with app that can't do anything

Sorry to be a bother here.

I was trying to retrain the model (same person, not different) with more pics this time because the app wasn’t generating pics at the level of realism that I wanted it to with the pics I had uploaded.

Didn’t see an option to upload more pics in the existing model, so thought I needed to delete it first and then retrain it all over.

When I went to delete the existing model, I specifically looked for if I’d be able to retrain it again or If I need to buy etc. I didn’t see any info regarding that. It just popped up a message saying I’d need to retrain again (which I then assumed I’d have the option to).

So I deleted it, then tried to retrain, but it’s not allowing me to since I have to upgrade to create more models.

I just wanna retrain using the same person to generate better results. If I need to pay again before I can, please for a refund, cause at this point I can’t do anything. I’ll just rebuy the sub on a different account and attempt it fresh
