I just noticed a yearly renewal got auto charged to my card which I had forgot was coming - I’ve not used photoAI in a while.
I went to the self-service refund for the yearly renewal - which wouldn’t allow me to refund.
I then cancelled my subscription but step 3 and 5 were blank with no way to get to the next step via the UI. I had to trigger the next step manually by changing the ‘step’ URL param.
I cancelled the subscription and returned to try and trigger the self-service refund gain but that page had gone.
Summary:
Fix the two blank/broken steps in the cancelation flow.
Polite request to allow self-service refunds of auto renewals if done within 24 hours of the auto renewal charge and no usage (models created nor credits used since auto renewal) - I would greatly appreciate a refund!
