Self refund page bug

I cant use the self refund page. It says I have 1 model but that model I created on the first month of my subscription. I only wanted to use photoai 1 month, as soon as I got the renewal charge (yesterday) I asked for a refund. I havent used any of the credits or models for this month I should get a refund but cant because the logic is faulty
