Second time posting about profile photo bug

I've been dealing with this issue for over a year now. I cannot upload a profile photo. I have tried all kinds of different photos of different sizes and get a bug report each time. Unfortunately, I could not get my profile photo updated, so I wasn't able to actually use the site.

Recently I came back into my account, foolishly thinking that they actually do check and fix bugs as they claim. Guess I was naive, since I still can't upload a profile photo, and now apparently my membership is cancelled too. What an embarrassing site. Absolutely no value given, even if you sign up. I miss when this site was about giving value to nomads and wasn't just about gatekeeping everything begind a paywall. If you're going to make it just about money, at least give people a service worth paying for.
