Results are out of focus 90% of the time

Up until recently I’ve been having a lot of success with PhotoAI. Perhaps 20% of the time I’d get an image that was out of focus, but that was fine for me. I haven’t used the service in two or three weeks, but came back to it this week. Since then I’ve noticed that almost every image created is completely out of focus and unusable. I wonder if there has been a change in models or something else? Either way, I’m not sure how to get back to the better images I had before. Anyone got any ideas?
