Request to Clear Negative Credit Balance on My Account

Hello PhotoAI Support Team,

I’m writing about an issue with the credit balance on my account: social@foxgen.co.

In previous months, after generating images, my account seems to have accumulated a negative balance of -538 credits/points.

Last month, I had around 500 credits available, but I still couldn’t generate any images. Instead, I kept seeing a notification asking me to buy more credits or upgrade my plan. So, I was not able to use the credits that were available on my account.

This month, the negative balance is still there. Because of this, it looks like every month I effectively lose around 538 credits/points, and I can’t properly use the credits included in my plan.

Could you please check my account and clear/remove the negative balance?

If needed, you can deduct the appropriate amount from this month’s credits, but please make sure my balance no longer stays negative and that I can actually use the credits available on my account.

I’ve attached screenshots showing the current balance and the “out of credits” message.

Please look into this and fix it.
