Request for Refund – Dissatisfied with Product

Hi there,

This is my second request regarding a refund.

I recently received an email with the photos taken using your product, and unfortunately, I’m very dissatisfied with the results. I attempted the process three separate times, hoping for improvement, but none of the photos are usable for me.

Given that I’ve made multiple attempts and the quality has not met expectations, I don’t believe it’s fair to charge me $70 for a product I cannot use. I’m formally requesting a refund.

If you're unable to honor this request, I’ll be left with no choice but to initiate a dispute through my credit card company.
