Request for Credit Restoration & System Issue Resolution

I joined this month and have been experiencing major issues with your platform. Many of my image requests fail to generate, or they take an extremely long time only to produce nothing. On the few occasions I’ve been able to create images, I’ve received multiple error messages when trying to generate images or use Magic Edit like the photo attached.

Yesterday, I had over 2,500 credits in my account, which were lost because of repeated system glitches. I then paid an additional $99 this month, only to have those credits disappear as well—leaving me back at 3,000 credits with nothing resolved.

At this point, I am requesting that the 2,500 credits I lost be restored to my account along with the 3000 that’s there. Additionally, I want to express that requiring an active subscription to access images I already paid to generate feels unfair and exploitative.

Please address both the technical issues and my account balance.
