Remixing photo/video that portrays two different models

I have created several photos and videos that portray two of my models together in the same photo/video. One of those models is a man, and the other model is a woman.

I need to remix these type of photos/videos in such a way that I’m able to insert any one of my other female models in the place of the female model seen in the photos/videos mentioned above (those portraying one male model and one female model together) without my doing so applying changes to the mail model as well. Is there a way to remix the photo as it pertains to one model while leaving the other model in the photo as is?
