Refund Request screen is Glitched

Trying to request a refund as I signed up to use the product in hand feature but can’t find it anywhere within the website? The Chat told me to email support@photoai.com but that does not receive emails it seems. and requesting a refund is glitched as it says more than 1 model and more than 20 photos where as below it states I have created under both limits but am still not eligible.
