Despite following basic guidelines, the photos did not look like "real us" β they appeared artificial, with low resemblance in expressions, poses, and overall realism.
I tried various prompts and settings, but the outputs were far from photorealistic, making the service unusable for my intended purpose.
I am aware of your company's policy that refunds are not available once models have been created or photos generated due to the AI costs involved. However, I am in a difficult financial situation β I am really struggling and don't have much money to spare right now. I kindly beg for an exception in this case: if a full refund is possible, that would be ideal, but even a partial refund would help me a lot.
