The generated images often had unnatural artefacts, such as distorted facial features, strange anatomy (e.g., mismatched limbs or hands), and inconsistent lighting or backgrounds.

Despite following basic guidelines, the photos did not look like "real us" – they appeared artificial, with low resemblance in expressions, poses, and overall realism.

I tried various prompts and settings, but the outputs were far from photorealistic, making the service unusable for my intended purpose.

I am aware of your company's policy that refunds are not available once models have been created or photos generated due to the AI costs involved. However, I am in a difficult financial situation – I am really struggling and don't have much money to spare right now. I kindly beg for an exception in this case: if a full refund is possible, that would be ideal, but even a partial refund would help me a lot.
