I created this thread some time ago now about a bug I experienced. The problem I had was never resolved, so I was only able to use 10 of 1000 credits. Can you refund me please, either fully or pro-rata for the 10 credits used?
To be clear, the reason I cancelled so soon after signing up was because I only wanted to use the service for a month. I therefore cancelled to avoid an accidental renewal. I did not cancel because I wanted a refund. I would have been happy to use the service for the remainder of the month after cancelling had it worked as expected.
