Refund policy for annual subscription

I accidentally purchased an annual subscription instead of a monthly one. I haven’t used your service and wanted to check it out. I am not an interior designer and most likely won’t need it more than a month or two.

I understand your policy and the challenge you may face in issuing a partial refund mid-subscription. But I haven’t used even one token, and I am sure this isn’t the first time someone has made this mistake.

It would be very helpful if you would add a few simple rules to your refund policy.
