I re-subscribed to Photo AI today based on my previous positive experience with the platform.
However, the current generation models differ significantly in quality compared to what I used before. The generated photos do not accurately resemble my trained model and are not usable for professional purposes.
Due to this noticeable decline in likeness and overall quality, I cancelled the subscription within a few hours of purchase.
Although this is a new subscription purchased today, the refund system blocks my request due to lifetime usage from previous subscription periods.
This issue relates specifically to the current product version, not to my past usage history.
Are returning customers permanently excluded from same-day refunds because of historical usage, even when cancelling immediately due to quality concerns?
I kindly request a manual review of this case and a goodwill refund for today’s subscription purchase.
