Refund not actually possible

I opened an account and then found out I already had one, so I wanted to cancel my new account immediately. This does not seem possible even though the FAQ claims it is:

“Instead we’ve made it as easy and fast as possible to do everything you can think of by yourself on the site, including canceling your membership, and requesting refunds.“

There’s even a section about refunds taking 3 days to process, but there’s no feature to actually request the refund.

I checked the source and looked for ‘refund’ and really couldn’t find it anywhere.
