Readmake stuck infinite loading

I bought the book in like 2019 but when I try clicking the “already bought it?” and type in the associated email I get stuck in an infinite loading wheel. On the other hand, if I type any other random email I get an alert saying it couldn’t find that email which leads me to believe the website recognises my email, it just doesn’t process the confirmation or the actual service to send me the link
