Reactivate membership

Please help me with this. You have no way for me to contact you. I paid $99.00 on July 8th to reactivate my account. The transaction was successful in that the money was withdrawn from my bank account. I did not receive any confirmation of payment and my account on PhotoAI still says cancelled. I really like the service and want to keep using it. You have my money, please activate my account!!!! I have proof of payment I can send you!
