Provide Grant for Purchasing and Installing Community-Owned Windmills (via European Energy Communities Facility)

In March 2025 the European Energy Community Facility (https://energycommunitiesfacility.eu/) has been created. A grant for writing the business plan is provided. There is no communication of existence of a grant for purchasing and installing (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) the community-owned windmills.

This grant needs to be created the soonest as it is urgent and important
