Profile Picture Upload bug - rotation

When I try an upload a picture it auto-rotates to the right 1 time. So the picture always comes up sideways…shortly after my account gets an update that the profile picture isn’t valid.

If i try and rotate it left once and upload to override the issue, the photo won’t be accepted on upload. Says there’s no face.

I can see an old closed ticket on this but it’s obviously still an ongoing bug, so raising again.
