Problems

Before subscribing I tried to create an account with another email (hobbi.92@hotmail.it) you took my payment and it didn’t want to work , no profile to log in was created even tho I payed !!!! So I decided to create another one which is this one that I’m texting from and it worked . 2 days ago you guys took the money again from the previous profile that don’t let me even log in !!!! So please give me my money back !!!! I can’t even use that profile this is insane
