Problem again

have been experiencing an ongoing issue with my account for quite some time.

Whenever I upload an image, the upload never completes. The image keeps showing the loading spinner, but it never finishes processing. If I click “Generate,” the AI completely ignores my uploaded image and generates a random design as if no image was uploaded.

I have tried using different devices (computer and mobile), different browsers, different internet connections, and different images, but the issue still persists.

Unfortunately, this problem has caused me to lose a significant number of generation credits because the system processes random designs instead of my uploaded photos.

Could you please:

1. Investigate why my uploaded images are not being processed.

2. Check if there is an issue with my account or the upload service.

3. Restore or compensate the credits that were consumed due to this issue.

I am a paid subscriber and rely on Interior AI for my projects, so I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this problem.
