Previous renders do not appear anywhere
When I first signed up I created some renders, which at the time showed under the renders tab. The ones I hearted showed under the saved tab. I did not delete any. Now that I’ve signed out and signed back in again I can’t find the previous renders anywhere.

This was never resolved. I tried to start a new thread yesterday but I may have been signed in under my Github account rather than this one. I can’t find it now. Can you refund me please, I was only able to use 10 credits because of this bug.

Can you check if you used the same email? Accounts are tied to one email.

I think this may be because it’s not recognising my account properly.
I cancelled my sub because I only need it for a month. It still shows my credit count but when I try to create a new render it says please sign up.
