Premium Verses Pro Plan

Previously I had the Premium plan and really liked the FLEX HD. I recently switched to Pro and I noticed that it says I’m to have access to FLEX HD however when I create images they are showing up as Hyper Realistic which to be honest are not what I like compared to the FLEX HD. I found the FLEX HD were more polished. My question is why I am getting Hyper Realistic images when it’s not to come with the Pro plan, and secondly for the Premium plan do people get the ability to select FLEX HD over Hyper Realistic if they prefer the more polished, refined look rather than Hyper Realistic which may show lines and less refined look in the face?
