It may be a bug that immediately makes the purchase when clicking on one of the credits options. I accidentally bought $600 of credits, thinking I would see a summary screen to confirm purchase before the transaction was applied.
I haven't used any credits since the purchase. Can you please reverse the transaction and remove credits from my account.
I already have a subscription and did not want to buy the credits.
It’s a big amount of money and a mistake. I haven’t used a single credit of the purchase.
I hope you receive this and please reverse the transaction.
