PhotoAI refund problem after account reactivation. Urgent!

Hi, I reactivated my account after being canceled for some time. My photos are there, but the model I’ve created before is not in the account. Also, I subscribed to a yearly plan by mistake. I’ve tried the refund feature, but it tells me that I already did a model before and some photos (with the previous period when my account was active some time ago), and I can’t get a refund. I want a full refund of this new yearly plan which I haven’t used yet!
