Payment completed

At the beginning of August, my one-year account was canceled because I didn't have the money to renew. I completed the payment today, and it's been over four hours, and I haven't received the link to access it. I try to access the link I already had, and it says I have to renew. The payment now appears on my credit card. I need to know if this will take a while or if it's your mistake, so I can cancel the payment.
