Outrageous Price for a Broken Try-On Feature

I am writing to express my absolute frustration with the Try-On Clothes feature. I paid $99 for this, and it is completely unacceptable that it doesn't even work! Ninety-nine dollars for a service that fails to function properly? This is absurd.

How can a company charge such a ridiculous price and deliver such a broken, flawed experience? I expected something far better for that amount of money. Instead, what I got is a system that is either unresponsive or simply inaccurate.

I demand a solution to this immediately, or I expect a full refund. I refuse to let this ridiculous charge stand for something that clearly does not live up to any reasonable expectation.
