Not Going Well So Far - Please advise

I JUST signed up for this yesterday and paid $100 to get started. So far, I can’t even get past the “Create Model Page.” I’ve uploaded 20 photos both through my laptop and then, I tried it through my phone. It says, “Uploading” and then, all the photos disappear or it’s like I never uploaded anything. I literally can’t get past the first page and I’m profoundly concerned and disappointed. Can someone help or I just wasted all of this money to watch a platform fail in mere minutes. :) Thanks!
